From the woman at the front desk expertly checking me in…to the young tech that reviewed my eye history and did expansive testing…to the bright and thorough eye doctor, S. Masna and magnanimous dispensary employee, Corie…knowledgeable and kind…my experience was epic!!
Shalon is amazing at what she does. Not only is she highly skilled and professional, but she is also incredibly welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Her friendly personality and attention to detail truly set her apart. I always leave feeling happy with the experience and the results. Highly recommend
Shalon was very helpful during my daughter’s regular checkup, but she was an absolute saint during her contact lens class. My daughter took almost an hour to get the first contact in, and Shalon was so patient, kind, encouraging and helpful the entire time.
My wife and son have been going here a few years now, and spoke very highly of this location. I brought my son for his appointment, and was so impressed with the very friendly and helpful staff that I asked if they could fit me in for an appointment, which they were able to accommodate the next day. Dr. Romano and her assistant explained everything regarding the health of my son’s and my eyes, and didn’t try to pressure us into glasses that they felt we didn’t necessarily need. Would highly recommend.
They are very kind and patient, and you can talk very openly as they don't complain, and even thr people at the front desk are very respectful and respectable, and to be honest they all are. They were also nice enough to the point when I noticed a lense had a finger print on it they quickly wiped it and we continued.
