My family and I have been patients at this office for the past 4–5 years, and the experience has consistently been excellent. We travel nearly two hours for our appointments because the quality of care and customer service is worth it. Whether over the phone or in person, the staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Sanchez genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to provide thorough, professional care. Appointments can sometimes be difficult to schedule, which I assume is due to his large patient base, but the care we receive makes it worthwhile. They also offer an excellent selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service.

Dr. Sanchez disclosed his limitations in treating individuals with complex needs during my follow up visit. His unwillingness to treat and work with my vision needs is highly disappointing. He offered a full refund for glasses and lenses. However, he deleted my medical file WITHOUT my consent. Under CA law, this is illegal!! The refund is a tactic to not tie him to my care. I would have liked my prescription and information to take with me to the next specialist he suggested. Do not go to this doctor for complex needs and I would add ethics are now in question.

Arrived and was helped right away. I was impressed with the variety of selections of frames they offered. Martha was very helpful in giving me my insurance providers number to contact them to get authorization for release of materials and in minutes that I walked back in, I was helped and the selected frames I chose were still held and not placed back on shelf. I definitely do plan on returning here for eye exams and sunglasses. The staff are all helpful and professional. I walked out satisfied with the selected frames chosen.

Absolutely phenomenal! State of the art tech and excellent location. Dr. Sanchez is a magnificent professional and an even better human being. All members of staff are amazing. I would like to take the time to state how amazing Martha is. I went in to try contacts for the very first time and it took me nearly an hour to get it right. Amicable, knowledgable, and patient. She was so amazing and I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much for all you do and everything you did.

Can't remember the name of the young lady that helped us but she was completely awesome. She helped both me and my wife. She took her time and made multiple suggestions to ensure we not only got the right glasses but helped us maximize the overall value, I was forced to get glasses elsewhere last year during the pandemic. Glad to be back these guys. They are top notch, their selections good and the service is great. Would definitely recommend.
