I was honestly a little worried about leaving my previous optometrist in Washington because they were so wonderful, but the doctors here and the thoroughness and quality of the exams have completely exceeded my expectations. They also have a great selection of quality frames, and Karen is my absolute favorite! She has helped me find some amazing DITA frames and recently helped me with my first pair of transition lenses that actually get nice and dark. I’ve been so happy with the level of service and care here and really appreciate Karen and the entire staff. Such a great experience all around! I’ll be back soon for some pink frames, Karen! 💗

My experience at Total Vision Sports Arena and the entire staff was exceptional. From the moment my family and I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. Even though it was our first visit using my husband’s new insurance, they made us feel completely comfortable and valued, as if we had been longtime patients. The office is very organized, and the exam process was quick, easy, and efficient. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee and hot chocolate station, which my kids absolutely loved. Customer service means a lot to me, and their commitment to providing such a warm and caring experience truly stood out. I sincerely appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a positive experience. 100% recommended.

The care that the team takes here is outstanding. They helped with a new set of eyeglasses and Karen was a rockstar helping me navigate best options for sunglasses. I’ve already referred the rest of my family to check them out and my wife has been happy with their work as well.

I’m from out of the state and forgot my contacts. This team was IMMENSELY helpful in helping me out to get some contacts for the week! All other eye doctors in San Diego were unwilling to help. Total Vision Sports Arena jumped through every hoop to contact my eye doctor and get ahold of all of the information to help. Michelle and Karen went above and beyond to make sure that everything on the legal end was satisfied so that I could get contacts. They easily could have turned me down, but they were kind, patient, and understanding. Outstanding people! Hope for humanity is restored!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is clean, comfortable and has a large inventory of frames. Everyone I spoke to was kind and went above and beyond to help me and my son. We are out of town and needed some glasses fixed for my son. Kent, an optician, happily took my son’s pair of glasses and fixed them right away, at no charge! If we ever need help with glasses in the future when we are in San Diego, you bet we’ll come here without hesitation. Thank you again, Kent!
