I was very impressed for my first time at Townlake as a patient. Have not had this type of detailed service at an eye Dr. before. Kayla was the assistant and was very kind and respectful while taking the eye tests. I loved Dr. Patel. She was very kind, thorough and answered all my questions. She was very patient with me too as I continued to ask questions. She even provided me a complete detailed summary of what I have and how to take care of my eyes. Top Notch Customer Service. Was probably the smoothest Doctors visit I have had in a long time. Online bookings and the pre-visit forms were simple to fill out. As soon as I arrived, I was kindly welcomed and they promptly started the appointment on time. The technician was concise, knew their job, and informed as we went through each step. Dr Amy Patel is simply best in class. She was caring, engaging, and clearly an expert in her field. She informed me of the results and provided engaging options for next steps. Left me appreciating the opportunity to witness an expert thriving in their chosen profession. Truly great!

Patient Customer Service Representatives/Receptionists/Appointment schedulers, the Assistants who take eye photos, and the crew that help one choose the eye glasses are courteous and patient. My children and I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Luft and Dr. Patel as well. They are great listeners, patient and always take time to answer all questions thoroughly. We never feel rushed during appointments and they make sure we clearly understand our eye health and treatment options. Truly appreciate their care, professionalism, and the welcoming environment.
