Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first experience. Before my appointment, I received multiple text messages reminding me that I would be charged a fee if I missed my appointment or arrived late. I was also instructed to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure I would be seen on time. I followed those instructions and arrived early, only to be told that they had "just heard" the doctor would not be coming in that day. This was already about 30 minutes after the office had opened, yet no one had contacted me beforehand. Even more frustrating, I didn't receive the official appointment cancellation notice until 10:40 a.m., just 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I expressed my concern that they had been open for some time before notifying patients, there was no acknowledgment or accountability for the inconvenience. It's disappointing to hold patients to such strict policies regarding punctuality while not extending the same level of courtesy or communication in return. If you're looking for a practice that values your time and communicates reliably, I would recommend considering other options.
