Yesterday while at this location I met an amazing woman who worked for Just Energy, her name was Ariel. She attempted to get me to change my energy carrier but instead renewed my faith in the customer service industry. Her personality was so infectious but so professional and focused on her job. Just Energy struck gold with this person. I hope she's allowed to showcase her talents in a much more corporate environment within Just Energy. She's a rare find.

I am extremely disappointed with my Walmart delivery experience. My order was picked up around 4:00 PM, but the delivery was not completed until nearly 6:00 PM. As a result, all of my frozen items arrived completely melted, and my refrigerated items were at room temperature. This is not only inconvenient but also a food safety concern. To make matters worse, Walmart initially instructed me to return the damaged items myself, including leaking and melted products. Customers should not be expected to transport spoiled food back to the store after a delivery failure. I was then told I would receive a refund within 24 hours, but when I called back for an update, I was told the refund could take anywhere from 1 to 10 days. The lack of accountability and inconsistent information has been frustrating. I have also been unable to reach a manager at the local store and have been forced to go through Walmart.com customer service, where I have received little resolution and a lot of runaround. The delivery driver Harriet was very rude and ignorant as well. This experience has cost me time, money, and the groceries I needed. Walmart needs to do better when handling delivery delays, food safety concerns, and customer service issues. I am especially concerned that Walmart considered it acceptable to deliver perishable food that had been sitting outside of safe temperature ranges for an extended period of time.

Had a woman at this specific store be the sweetest with my daughter. She was fixated on a cat lazer pointer thing.. I also had a lot of groceries and she scanned what my daughter wanted most and offered it to her. Honestly the best customer service from anyone in a long time....I've been industry for 12 plus years...I'm glad y'all have someone who pays attention to detail and addresses customers needs. Also side note the lazer pointer last forever and I've bought two not just for my cats but for my besties as well.

Eleven people in line and only one person behind the counter - she should be trained to call for help or a manager should see this and call for back up. Yes other employees passed by some on walkie talkies but no one call to help this poor employee. This should not happen

It’s absolutely the worst tire buying experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I was told that the tires had arrived. I came for an appointment one of the tires that I had ordered was delayed and so they had canceled my appointment. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to put the tire on that they did have and then I waited two weeks for them to get the second tire. When I called today after being notified the tire arrived they were unable to find it until I spoke to a manager you had to go physically fine. It was there even though they couldn’t find it and he said come up right now and I’ll get you in first and it’ll be a few minutes and I told him I don’t have another three hours to wait and he said no don’t worry come here. We’ll put it right on. Well, I’ve been here for three hours so far and the tire is still not on the car. These people were working in slow motion. They don’t give a shit about your time and they’re not knowledgeable about the way the Walmart systems work.
