Great doctor but the way they do appointments is bizarre. Your appointment time is not your appointment time-it keeps changing before you ever are seen. The only way you know is you get a text with the new appointment time. The card that has your appointment time is not the correct time. You also have to wait well past the final appointment time before you are ever seen. While I have no doubt the doc is great-the way the clinic is ran when it comes to that makes me want to find a new doctor and recommend others to go elsewhere where.

The worst experience ever. They canceled my procedure three different times without notifying me. The front desk staff never called to let me know, so I ended up losing my trip three times. I had to call the office repeatedly just to find out what was happening, and no one ever resolved the issue. Every time they canceled my procedure without informing me, I had to start the entire process over again. It was extremely frustrating and very disappointing.

The young lady who was working the front check in was awful. I had an appointment at 10:20. She held me up talking all this garbage about my insurance when I have had the same coverage for years. She was not helpful at all. I will be looking for a new eye clinic because people that is lazy like her needs to be cleaning toilets with bad customer service.

Without a doubt about the worst staff possible. No return calls updates on appt times. I have driven my friend twice to two exams just to be told it had been rescheduled .over an hour drive..no returned calls. No response to messages. Unbelievably incompetent staff.

I live in another state. Today I had to find an Opthamologist quickly. I called this morning and had an appt. at 1:55. I was called back at exactly the time I was given. There was no waiting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr was very thorough and took time to explain e erything to me, even though I was not a regular patient of his. I was very pleased with this office visit. I would highly recommend this practice!
