I have been going to Dr. Simon for yearssss. Literally since the 3rd grade & I’m currently in my mid 30s. He’s excellent and always has been. However, the last two years, there have been multiple changes of the company/staff and today I had the most displeasing experience. I had an exam that was scheduled from last year’s visit. When I arrive one of the front desk ladies made “uh uh” noise as I went to grab a pen to sign in. Apparently Dr Simon was not in & they had “tried to call me”. However, they’d been calling the wrong number. I received check in links via text and email from last years system so I am lost on the break down in communication. I drove 40 minutes from work and left hours early for this appointment. No apologies for any of the inconveniences. The clerk then became upset because I asked her not to make such noises at adults like they are children. She told me I thought I was better than her and told me I could leave simply because I advised her on how I prefer to be spoken to. I guess the art of customer service continues to be a lost one regardless of age or experience.

My exam was great doc was awesome Receptionist desk ladys dont have a great bedside manner My 1st time i came in after an appointment on the other side with complete health i wanted to know if my insurance was accepted and if so to make an appointment There were like 3 ladys behind the desk they all paused looked at me and told me they were on lunch and to grab a card and go online and make the appointment so I did I didnt care much for that response because when you walked in you couldnt tell they were there was no type of signage saying so just a few women in uniform looking like they were at work lol no biggie So today was not necessarily rude but not pleasant either id describe them as not welcoming and bare minimum no smiles no greetings just sign in i guess They're the face you see when you 1st walk in and the last you see when you leave They make a difference but im not sure if they realise it... Thats the only issue its not a big deal but it would have made a major difference in my visit
