Triangle Visions Optometry

My first visit to Triangle Visions in Greer was today for my annual eye exam. The front desk lady was very nice, the young lady that took many of my eye measurements was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr Chilton was also very knowledgeable and kind and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying new frames or contacts through them. I did order contacts through them as the young lady found me a great deal!! I highly recommend Triangle Visions.

The staff at Triangle Vision are professional, pleasant, polite, and friendly. All my needs were met. The new doctor is wonderful. Young and full of vim and vigor (that's old folk speak for "has lots of energy"). Great chair-side manner and gives you all the attention you need, as in answering your questions, yet gets you in and out for those with busy daily schedules, no waiting around unnecessarily. Dr. Johnson has a great person coming in as he retires (we all wish for him the best of times ahead). The assistants are very good at assisting and the front office finishes off your visit leaving you feeling you've checked off, in style, another box on your list of things to do for that day. Thank you Triangle Vision in Greer! Dr. Ommen and his staff go above and beyond. Due to a change in my eyesight and hearing, they suggested Nuance Audio hearing glasses. I tried the demo and ordered a pair. I can't be happier🤓. My life has changed! I can see much better now and my hearing has improved a lot!!! The Nuance Audio glasses have two microphones in front and two speakers in back. I can hear in loud crowded restaurant's and one on one conversation with soft spoken people. I am on an extended business trip in the US from Germany. My glasses arm broke which caused me great distress as without them I am unable to read, drive or even do basic tasks. My husband found this shop online so I called and the receptionist was very kind and said I could come by any time and they would try to help me. I was treated as a long time valued customer from the moment I arrived. Daniel handled my situation and found complementing arms to replace mine, from the frames “Graveyard” that could be easily mistaken as the originals; uninstalled the originals and hardware and installed the replacements. This service was provided in record time and with more friendliness and compassion than I could have imagined. To round out the whole amazing experience, the service was provided complimentary.
