Efficient, exact, and caring staff. Dr. Williams listened and adjusted my glasses prescription to better account for my astigmatism when other eye doctors at different offices did not. Fantastic selection of glasses frames. Nice office. I’m definitely coming back!
I showed up to an appointment . Mind you it’s 35mins away from home . This lady upfront said we tried calling you twice to let you know we don’t have “ eye exam “ today. No they called to confirm the appointment twice and texted twice . She said we only doing office visits today . Okay well i drove 35mins I took the day off . Obviously I have a concern. She then said well I need your insurance card ! Again i gave all this information over the phone when we scheduled the appointment!!!!! She said we don’t take this insurance it will Be out of pocket ! Why didn’t they say that over the phone and also it’s not what your say . It’s how you say it .

I see Dr. Williams in the Salisbury office. She is not rushed & takes time to thoroughly answer my questions - I was asking about cataracts & the surgery & she explained how cataracts affect the eyes & the process to surgically remove them. She is extremely personable & I really like her. I was taken back at my appt. time & did not have to sit in the back & wait. The assistants & the ladies out front are pleasant & helpful.
