Absolutely love this lady. She is very personable and has helped me to understand better my cirrosis and ran several test & blood work and had procedures done that not even my liver Dr had done. My daughter sees her also and you couldn’t ask for more of a nurse practitioner. She is absolutely wonderful extremely throughly 😇
After doing quite a bit of research, reading reviews, etc. I was prepared to enroll in Direct Primary Care. I had decided that I was willing to pay a premium in exchange for receiving a better overall experience. I called three times on varying days/ times, and no one ever answered. I filled out a form online requesting more information and got an automated email. No one ever called. No one ever followed up. It felt like trying to call any other insurance-taking doctors office, as opposed to somewhere that advertises that they are different... so I made an appointment elsewhere.
My mom Debra had an appointment this morning with Dr. Jennifer she is amazing. Today was my first time meeting her and she went above and beyond to explain everything to my mom and I. I had several questions and she answered every single one of them and made sure that I understood her explanation. Her staff is very friendly her nurse sandy was amazing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. She definitely made a very good impression to me!!!
I cannot recommend that you see Jennifer Gafnea as your NP enough. I was in a bad place until I found her. My friend is a NP in Dothan and I was close to driving there but thankfully I found Jen. She is caring and so kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. She truly listens. She will listen to your concerns and answer every question. I went to another functional doctor for years but never had as much progress as I have with Jen for the past few months.
I have had the privilege of being a patient under the care of Mrs. Gafnea for a considerable period. When she initiated the Concierge Medicine service, I was among her earliest patients. Despite having an insurance plan, I willingly subscribe to and greatly appreciate the Concierge Medicine program. The service is available round the clock, promptly addressing any health concerns I may have. I wholeheartedly endorse this program and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
