⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Lulu is one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. She is kind, caring, and incredibly professional. She made my daughter feel comfortable and knew exactly how to deal with her, which meant a lot to us. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor. Thanks to Dr.lulu and her wonderful team for such an amazing experience!
I scheduled a routine eye examination with the understanding that it would cover the services necessary to update my prescription and obtain new glasses through my insurance benefits. However, during my visit, I was required to undergo a Fundus photo and visual field test that I neither requested nor felt were necessary for my situation. Unfortunately, these additional tests were not covered by my insurance, resulting in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. I proceeded with the appointment because the exam was required in order to access my insurance benefits for new glasses, not because I agreed to or needed the additional testing. Given that these services were presented as mandatory and did not provide clear benefit to me, I respectfully request a refund for the charges associated with those tests.
Dr. Sam and his staff were so nice and helpful. The office was clean. When I had questions about my eyes and what is good to use Dr Sam explained in detail why some products are better than others in a way I understood.
My husband discovered Dr. Lulu Massri several years ago. He could not speak more highly of her. We took our daughter to her last week and Dr. Lulu is the best. She quickly put our worries at ease. Highly highly recommended!
Dr. Lulu Massri is absolutely wonderful! Incredibly professional and an expert in her field. The team, Noor & Idline, are amazing! They make the intake process easy and are so welcoming!
