My whole experience was excellent. This office truly takes their time to make sure the patient is 100% satisfied. Tammy and David went out of their way to explain everything to me so i was comfortable with my new glasses buying experience. Thank you
I dont reccomend using this place for anything. Went for a checkup and new prescription and the new presciption was way off. I didnt know it until I got the new pair of glasses back from the online retailer. I went back to this place and they were very difficult to work through this with. I sent the glasses back to the online retailer to fix the mistake this place made and got them back and they are still off and worse than my current glasses, unreal. Im out a good amount of money now since I cant take them back to the online retailer. Ive never had this happen before in my life. Dont go here.
The providers were excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were so pleasant, Tracy was so friendly and knowledgeable with testing and Dr. Mercer was so kind. She didn't make me feel silly for having a normal check up. She addressed my concerns and I left feeling confident in her explanations.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Mercer and her staff. They were so helpful and informative, especially Tammie. She was so pleasant and helped me pick out my frames.
wonderful staff. every is alway very helpful and knoeledgable. I will never go anywhere else, 3 kids glasses and adult glasses. always have a great outcome. Leah was calm and helpful.
