Dr Prado is fantastic. He's extremely caring and a pleasure to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly review my old glasses, new glasses, prescription, and previous exam results. He was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could have easily sold me another pair of glasses, but instead told me that my old glasses were still the best option and that the prescription adjustments were not significant enough to justify new glasses. The office staff were also excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit. It's refreshing to find a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first rather than trying to sell additional products or services. Highly recommended.
