I am so pleased I found this hidden jewel in Falls Church. I recently purchased a new pair of sunglasses which I am enjoying. Just a few weeks later I lost my regular glasses. I knew my prescription was current and already on file. Dr. Nguyen and I were discussing summer travel plans and I shared that I was going out of town in a week. Dr. NGUYEN is also travelling and filled my prescription for the new glasses in one day so I wouldn't have to travel without them. He even upgraded the lens so he'd be able to get them done faster. Thank you so much Dr. Nguyen!

Front desk took care of my insurance accurately and finally found a place that doesn’t mess that up. Dr Nguyen is also a great eye doctor and very intelligent. The best eye care I’ve gone to.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are the best! Have been coming here for a few years now and have always had a smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience. Dr. Nguyen is always professional and caring, while also remembering even the smallest details about his patients. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a fairly priced and reliable optometrist in the area!

I’ve been a customer here my whole life, but today’s experience was awful. The front desk, a young lady with glasses and brown highlights specifically kept blocking me from getting temporary contacts, which I always get when my glasses are broken. She lied about the doctor’s availability, belittled me, and she repeatedly told me, “There’s nothing the doctor can do,” without bothering to check and it felt as though she wasn’t making any effort to help me. I spent unnecessary time (1 hour& 30mins) waiting for the doctor to ‘return,’ even though, as the doctor himself confirmed, he was available. It wasn’t until another receptionist returned from their break that I was finally assisted and able to get the answers I had already asked the first receptionist. I lost valuable time. This place could greatly benefit from more compassionate and patient staff.
