Both staff and DR Robertson were attentive and quick to take time to explain all that was going on and what I needed and why it was needed. All questions were handled with respect and down to earth talk. Very personable and caring.

I was highly impressed with the service, selection and the professionalism from everyone at TSO. I don't give many 5 star ratings, how TSO in Allen 100% earned it. As an added bonus, I was able to pick up my new glasses in less than an hour. I really was impressed with TSO, and they have earned my business for life...

We had had a wonderful experience at TSO Allen this year. Although we had appointments for my entire family at the same time, Julius breezed through and handled us with expert care. Julius and all of the staff at this location are warm and professional. The doctor was great with my kiddo and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend this office for your eye exam and glasses selection.

I have been going to Dr. Reid since 2017. I will never change my Dr. I saw many for a specialist and he has by far been the best ever to work with.
