I definitely am glad that I went! Had an A++ experience with my exam and the staff. Dr. Gates was the kindest and she explained everything in detail and made me feel good about going even if it’s been a while lol. While the frames are on the pricier side it’s well worth it! Definitely will return. 10/10
Good morning everyone! It's a great day at Texas State Optical, Champion Forest location in Houston, TX. I love my glasses. They feel and they look great. Christina, Meki and their staff members always provide a great customer service experience each time I visit their office. They're always friendly, respectful, compassionate, kind, warm and welcoming and have great personalities & demeanor that just make you want to give them a big hug them. They always greet me with a smile and positive attitudes. They're absolutely awesome. I'd definitely recommend my family, freinds, associates and anyone to their office for optical services. I’ve been coming to TSO Champions since I was around 10/11 years old, and as a 23 year old adult I continue to come to them even thought I no longer live in the area. The staff are all wonderful, especially Ms. Christina! They always make things as quick and easy as possible! Love love love them

Texas State Optical Of Champions is a very good Optometrist office with great staff. The office is easy for me to access and has ample parking. The office is very clean and well maintained and the level of eye exam you can get here is very comprehensive. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and don't plan on changing up as long as they are at this location with the quality staff that they have. My optometrist Doctor Butt is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable without rushing through the exam and she spends adequate time addressing any concerns I may have. Doctor Butt is a good doctor with top notch staff and I would recommend them to anyone needing quality eyecare.
