Dr. Tam Vo and her team were very knowledgeable and personable. The evaluation was thorough and the doctor was sensitive to my visual issues and was able to clearly communicate my visual issues as well as make proactive measures for additional specialized assessments. The prescription was perfect. The team helped me to get the best value for my replacement frames and lenses. This is a FIVE STAR TEAM. Highly recommended by me! They are the BEST!

Best optometrist I've visited! The front office staff were very pleasant and helpful to me as a new patient. Initial testing went smoothly, and the additional cost of the retinal images was much lower than other locations I've been to. The technician was kind and patient while capturing the images. Dr. Vo was courteous and considerate, and she seemed genuinely concerned with my experience during the examination. It was a thorough examination as well! After noticing something potentially concerning in the images, she exceeded my expectations by obtaining additional images, addressing her observations, and answering all my questions. At the end of the appointment, I was not pressured to buy or look at new frames or lenses, as I was not interested at the time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, as much as one can expect from a visit to the optometrist!

I had a really good experience at (TSO) Forney. Everyone was super nice from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The office was very clean, and Dr. Vo made me feel really comfortable. She was professional but also easy to talk to. They had a great variety of frames too. I ended up getting two pairs and loved that I could customize each one to my liking. When they went over my insurance and coverage, the front desk took the time to explain all my options for each pair and helped me figure out what would benefit me most. Overall it was a smooth and welcoming experience. I’m really happy with my glasses and the service I received.

Five stars- highly recommend! Dr. Tam Vo was exceptionally thorough during my husband's diabetic eye exam and my annual eye health checkup. She explained everything clearly and left us feeling confident and cared for. Crystal. Dr. Vo's assistant kept the whole visit light and joyful- we were literally in stitches laughing., at one point! The office was spotless and feels brand new with a calm professional atmosphere from check-in to check out. We will be customers for life! Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner- we had no idea. This office had been open for 3 years, so glad that we found them!
