TSO Marble Falls

Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. They listen to concerns and answer questions carefully. I was a long time patient of Dr. Weber, who owned this practice previously. I was somewhat nervous how being a franchise would change things. I can say I have been very satisfied, and any concerns I may have had are gone.

Very thankful for the care I received today. They welcomed me as a new patient with no problems and made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Great experience and very kind staff! I definitely will be back!!!

Made an appointment to get contacts as I am out. Walked out with a $120 bill and two and a half days of contacts. No explanation for the bill until I called. Rushed through paperwork when I got there because they were busy, not explaining anything on there, just hurried up for signatures. Never informed about the cost not being covered by insurance. And was charged for a contact lense fitting which I never received. I took out and replaced my own contacts from home. Of course they fit. I was even told by doctor Juarez if I’m not happy there I can go somewhere else. He also talked to me as if I was stupid while I was there, and when speaking on the phone with him again. I was on a time crunch to get new contacts and they were very unhelpful, never called me back when saying they would the first day, and the second day I had to call three times to finally get an answer. Terrible experience. I will be finding a new office for my family. The staff were nice to my face otherwise. Walmart got me what I needed next day.

I would recommend TSO Marble Falls for anybody living in the area or traveling though and needing help with your vision. I went in for my second ever eye exam and found out I couldn’t see nearly as good as I thought. Turns out I needed glasses. After arriving, I was called back quickly and taken for eye tests by Sydne, a technician, who was very professional. All the equipment looked very clean and up to date. Nothing looked old and outdated. I was seen by Dr. Juarez, who was very thorough and professional. After my exam was complete, I went into the optical section and was helped by D’liza. She was patient with me since I had no idea of what I wanted, and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that both fit and look ok on me. She went over all available options for my new glasses and got them marked for my eye level. Once my glasses came back from the lab, D’liza made sure they were adjusted to sit correctly on my face and I received complimentary glasses cleaning supplies. Since receiving my new glasses I couldn’t be happier! The world is clear again and I can see documents and blueprints at work without squinting or waiting on my eyes to adjust… I would 100% recommend TSO Marble Falls!!!

In my 40+ years of going to the eye doctor, I have never walked out feeling the way I did after my appointment. Dr. Juarez was so helpful and I could tell he listened and heard what I was saying. My sight is better than it has been in years. The whole office staff was so friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. The cost was more than I am used to, but when you get service like that it is worth it! I highly recommend!
