I have always have had good servi e here. They will adjust your frames and even replace the nose pads.
I loved my experience with Luis. A professional with customer service savvy. He actually listened and created a skillfull positive resolution.
They provided me some samples. I didn’t like the samples. I want to try something else or use my old prescription and they want to charge me again because it’s been 90 days. Go elsewhere. My old ophthalmologist retired and they would do all of this without ever involving appointments or additional fees. Way too over complicated and overpriced. EDIT: And, I just checked: it hasn’t been 90 days since I got my prescription…
Things went well until the choice of frames began. We were shown fancy, sparkling frames, not sturdy plain frames for a 90 year old person. No common sense. We will try again later….
