If I could give 10 Stars I would for Americans Best Contacts and Eyeglasses all because of Belen! She had such good customer service skills and was such a people's person it made the whole ordeal of getting my eye exam and picking out frames go smooth. To start off I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because I mapquested wrong. So I called and Belen answered the phone and told me I didn't need to reschedule just to come on in, she was a sweetheart on the phone . Once I had the exam and everything done I was all ready to check out. Then when I go to pay my car gets declined....So no problem I pull out my other card and that one gets declined too. I tell her no problem I'll just send money from my cash app to this card. That had an issue for some reason as well. So I went outside to call the bank or try to get one of my friends to come and bring me the correct card and Belen comes outside to talk to me. She was such a sweetheart and told me she understood and it was not a problem that I could come inside and make my calls if I like I didn't have to sit outside or I could come in and do this tomorrow if I needed to. She was not rushing me although it was already 6:30 p.m. and the banks were closed. She just made me feel so comfortable and I told her I was so embarrassed and she said I had no reason to be and this lady went above and beyond any way that she could to help me and I just really appreciated it. I did end up having a friend come and bring payments so I could finish my transaction on the same day, but from now on I will only come to America's Best for any of my I needs and I'll refer anybody and everybody I know over here thanks to her!

The optician Victoria at the Spectrum location has been the best thus far...from her guidance, assistance to one on one care for our picks allowed us to select with confidence and at the same time excited for a new pair of glasses. Great cust. svc. And thanks for allowing us to feel heard and not taken advantage of for a quick sale.
Victoria was amazing!! Great customer service, she made us feel right at home. Just switched from nationwide and will never go back now. If you want reasonable prices and people who want the best for you, come here!
I had a very frustrating experience at America’s Best. From the moment I walked in, the service was disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled, yet I waited almost 2 hours just to be seen. That’s completely unacceptable. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they were taking their staffing issues out on customers. I understand places can be busy, but professionalism should still be maintained. To make matters worse, I ordered contact lenses and called two weeks later to check on them—only to be told they were never even ordered. That’s a huge mistake and a total waste of my time. Overall, poor customer service, lack of organization, and no accountability. I would not recommend this location. Update After a very frustrating experience, Eddie completely turned things around for me. He was professional, understanding, and actually took the time to fix the issue. While my contacts hadn’t been ordered, he made sure I had a temporary pair to use in the meantime, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he cares about helping customers and making things right, something that was missing earlier in my visit. His attitude and willingness to step in made a huge difference.
I have been coming to this America’s Best location for nearly 10 years, but after my experience with the doctor today, I will never step foot in this office again. The provider was incredibly rude, talked over me, and actively prevented me from asking questions about my vision. She mentioned my eyes were dry which was causing blurry vision but refused to discuss it further or recommend any treatment. Worst of all, she committed a shocking hygiene violation. She stuck her bare, unwashed, and unsanitized finger directly into both of my eyes to adjust my trial contacts. Introducing outside bacteria into a patient's eye is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I do not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere
