Hour wait to get to the eye exam- 40 minute wait on the bench after the eye exam!!! I was 15 minutes early for the appointment. After waiting 30 minutes on the bench (waited 10 minutes longer after requesting the water)in the hall I asked that they bring water to the ones that have been sitting there for over a hour and she DID NOT bring water. The reception area is terrible!! The drs are great! I’m not giving them a 1 star as far as the drs go, they are all a 5. But the wait is terrible. I feel sorry for the older people that go there and have to sit and sit without being asked if they need water or anything.

Dr. Johns is EXCELLENT! I have a rare type of arthritis that impacts my eyes. The few ophthalmologists that I've seen could not even get my eyes to see 20/20, but Dr. Johns can!! She also makes a personal connection with you, she remembers you from your previous visit, and she's more than through with her exams! She'll be the eye doctor for myself and my husband for life!!

Dr Musto at Eye Instute on 7171 S Yale, Tulsa, Okla is beyond a 5 rating. I have glaucoma and macular degeneration. It is very difficult to get my prescription correct. He worked with me and allowed me to come back three times to make sure that I had the best fit. I have never experienced that concern before, and I have never had the best fit before. I recomme him highly.

I've been going to Dr. Johns for the last two years now and never plan on going anywhere else! Appointments here never seem rushed; Dr. Johns treats you like family. She is extremely up to date, knowledgeable and I never have a doubt that anything is being missed. Office is very clean, great selection of eye glasses--unique, fun, different. Cassie is really sweet and makes the workup testing seamless and stress free. Dillon is super honest and will help you feel confident in selecting the perfect pair of eyeglasses/sunglasses that look great FOR YOU. Overall, if your looking for a great optometrist and awesome staff, I HIGHLY recommend this office for all of the family!

I could not be more pleased! From start to finish I felt taken care of, heard, and the staff and Dr.Johns made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything about my eyes! Never before have I had an entire office on the floor helping find the perfect glasses but there they were Kelvin, Michelle, and Dr.Johns all making absolutely sure I found the perfect frame that would also be a great fit for my new prescription. This is my new eyecare home!
