Tuttle Family Eyecare

I have been coming here for years, along with my whole family and I am so upset that I have to write this. Unfortunately our recent appointment went so awful that we will not be returning. Dr. Mosteller has been so wonderful over the years, she is the best around and I recommended her to everyone that asked. But Brandi is who put the nail in the coffin for us. Her rude behavior, poor manners and making us feel degraded and humiliated at our appointment was just inexcusable and unforgivable. There was obvious tension in the office that day and she was clearly taking it out on clients. I have never been spoken to in that kind of manner by any sort of employee anywhere. Her rude and snide remarks were hurtful and no one deserves to be treated like that and because of that I will be taking my family elsewhere for our future eye care.

Absolutely horrible the girl that works at the desk at check out very, very rude . They wrote the wrong numbers down f0r my pd. I'd say on purpose. I also have insurance. I covered my frames, , and they told me I didn't, and I do because I went somewhere else and yeah, they took the insurance i will never refer these people. Nor will I ever go there again. Terribly disappointing, we're trying to be an upscale place.You have a lot of rude people that work there..

Very personable,helpful and quick. Pretty fair selection of glasses I've gotten several pair over the years and they help out when need adjustments

this is the first eye dr that has ever listened to me and had the patience with me to explain whats going on. i am 22 almost 23 years old and i havent got my new glasses yet , but she showed me the difference between what im seeing now and the new script and i almost cried honestly. that is the clearest i have ever seen in my entire life. i didnt have to struggle to see and i could see everything. it was honestly kind of emotional for me & i think getting my new glasses will be also. everyone at this office is so appreciated and super awesome. thank you so much for everything you all do

The best eye clinic in Oklahoma! I was a walk in and the staff got me in right away and were so kind. The eye doctor is amazing and very kind as well! I will never go anywhere else to get my glasses or contacts.
