Dinner on Mother’s Day was great ! Arrived 15 minutes early and was seated early …Great staff.. great. Chef’s superb.. funny, professional, skilled, and talented.. A winning team at this Cleveland gem. This restaurant was packed but the staff kept it organized.. efficient.. and moving along. Great for the whole family and they took our pic at the end to put a nice closure to our visit.
A unexpected trip to Benihana during lunch time, started off rough cause our server was MIA but Ms. C the manager stepped up and made sure my first time at Benihana was elevated and memorable. Chef Ray put on a brilliant show of non stop sounds, movements and jokes. Sitting with strangers wasnt uncomfortable and the techniques and tricks performed with out food process was astounding. It was the best day I have had out in Cleveland since moving here in January. Thank you team, I appreciate it. Please let us know if you're ever able to find the server that went missing. Haha.
Planned a date night here after receiving 80$ bday coupon, on the way I started reading reviews and almost didn’t go, it was our first time at a private table , I can say the food was a lil serving but amazing , scallops cooked perfect. It was a Wednesday, not busy highly recommended. I’m looking forward to more coupons to go again 😂😊
Wait was a bit long but the manager Kevin was VERY attentive and made sure we were happy and didn’t want for anything . I always get the Benihana trio and our cook Isiah was AMAZING and very funny. Would recommend
Zee was so very attentive to our table's needs. She checked on us frequently and was just good at her job. Ask for her when you go! A first for me, our chef at the table was a woman and she was a hoot. She was so entertaining. The food was delicious. The other diners at our table were a family of 3 and the parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary. But the experience was so good because it turned out the father recognized my friend and I as regular patrons from somewhere he worked for years. Made our day that he remembered us. He invited us to where he is now. I love the concept of strangers sitting together. You never know who you'll meet or what you'll learn when sharing a meal!
