The absolute best eye exam I’ve ever had! Dr. LeSueur is an exceptional optometrist, and his entire staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be around. I can’t say enough good things about this office!
Out of all the Optometrist ive gone to as insurances have changed over the past 5 years.... There are none that come close to the detail, friendliness, the time to explain everything in a digestible manner, and quality of equipment like Dr. LeSueur and his staff. Appointment time from schedule time is lengthy, but highly worth it. I left the appointment greatful and appreciative.
The office staff as well as Dr. LeSueur are all very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Dr. LeSueur went over all tests, explaining everything thoroughly and answering all questions. Liz was great helping me find glasses that fit well and were stylish. I definitely recommend this office.
My six year old and I went in for eye appointments together and I was very impressed by the knowledge and care of the staff and Dr. Liana Switzer! She took time to answer all my questions about my vision concerns and had helpful suggestions for me and was wonderful with my daughter making her first eye exam an enjoyable experience. The office team was very helpful, also, and took extra time to give us an itemized receipt needed for our HSA and help us with our sunglasses selection. I am so happy to have such a great team in our local community to care for our family!
The assistant, Presley, was knowledgeable and Professional in providing the initial steps in the examination. The optometrist, Dr. LeCleur, was thorough and provided excellent communication regarding the results of the examination. All of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction and was done in a very personable way. I will continue to go to Twelve Bridges Vision.
