We purchased one prescription glass for my son first from Costco optical , Stanford Ranch Road. We ordered the frame and paid for it but they only issue small receipts without the itemized receipt. Subsequently we purchased the lens after eye test. Both eye test and frame purchases claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield are denied due to lack of information on their receipt. We went back and requested for itemized receipt but they did not want to assist us even we still have previous receipt. Secondly we purchased prescription glass for my wife and she felt ear pain within a few days due to improper workmanship. I can see frame is slanting to one side. They are not precessional and helpful. I swear to god ,We will never buy from them again. They are simply lack of skill , and not worth to buy. As for the eye test, their receipt and claim form doesn’t even have doctor’s credentials and denied by Blue Cross Blue Shield as well.
