I saw Dr. Huang for the first time today. It was such a positive experience. He is knowledgeable and personable. He has a great staff, all very friendly and accommodating. Jessica helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames. I highly recommend Dr. Huang to anyone looking for a great optometrist.
Just had an absolutely amazing time. My wife and I needed new glasses etc. these ladies helped us out for sure. But how they did it was awesome!! With great patience, hospitality and attention to details, best experience to date with Target optical, now if the other locations could follow suite wow!!!!!
I had my annual exam today with Dr. Hoang and my consultation and purchase of my Contacts quote for glasses from Jessica. Both treated me with quality care, expertise and were super friendly. This Optical department is always very clean organized and serviced by the great staff to support a great doctor! Many thanks for another great experience!
The eye exam with Dr. Huang was great and the staff were friendly. I went to Target Optical because I figured it would be a good value based place to get glasses. I was wrong. I didn't appreciate the business model of adding over $200 worth of extras to my lenses without asking me first and explaining my options ahead of time, and then leaving me to negotiate the bill downwards from there. It felt like an upselling pressure scam honestly and I cancelled my order when I got home because I still felt like I ended up buying extras I didn't ask to be added on. Then the expected delivery was estimated at 3 to 4 weeks out, which seems like a long wait for expensive glasses. I decided to purchase glasses from Warby Parker instead. High quality glasses without the upselling tactics or designer branding, and for every pair Warby Parker sells, they give away a pair that goes to someone in need. I paid less for similar glasses at WP even though I added in photochromatic lenses to my order. I will have them in two weeks. WP also have a free scratch replacement program, that Target charges $35 for.
The best service I have ever had is with Target Optical! Dr Huang is so personable and kind. He answered all my questions and took time to explain my cataracts in detail. All of the staff are so great with customers. Shane, the Manager is always very helpful and kind. Everyone I have worked with for the past three years has been exceptional! They will always work for you to solve any problem that might arise.
