I’ve been in three times in the past couple months for my prescription glasses and pair of prescription sunglasses. Margarita helped me on all occasions. They deserve more stars I had an amazing experience at Pleasant Grove Vision Center. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and truly worked together to make the process smooth from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and clearly cared about getting things right. I just wanted to say I had amazing customer service with Nikki and Jenny at the vision center in Roseville. They are amazing and have helped me out every time me and my husband has come out thank you so much.
This particular Walmart the employees were very helpful but the manager is not very nice. Also I bought two pairs of glasses one at this location and one at the commons location in Rocklin in both pair of glasses are tarnishing. In fact I had tarnish marks on my temple that I didn't ever see and my daughter said what are those green dots on your temple I ran in the house looked in the mirror and then pulled my glasses off and they were all tarnished I wish I could send pictures. When I called the store no one was interested in replacing these glasses. I will never go there for glasses again unless I have absolutely no other choice. Wish I could send pictures... I put clear nail polish on them so they don't color my head!
