Booking my exam at Warby Parker at the Galleria in Roseville was super easy and convenient. Dr. Macdonald was so nice and helpful and I highly recommend her! I updated both my glasses and contact lens prescriptions and was able to easily order everything in the store after my exam. The staff helping after the exam were all very friendly and it was great that they submitted the claims directly to my insurance for me. I would definitely come back!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at the Warby Parker store in the Roseville Galleria this past weekend. From start to finish, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Dr. Hinkley was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made the entire eye exam a great experience. The sales team was equally impressive. They were friendly, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. They helped us find frames that fit both our style and our needs without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The only constructive feedback I would offer has nothing to do with the staff. The sales floor is very noisy—not because anyone is being loud or unprofessional, but because the acoustics create quite an echo. As more conversations happen throughout the store, everyone naturally has to speak louder to hear one another. It would be wonderful if something could be done to reduce the echo, as it would make an already great experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend the Warby Parker store at the Roseville Galleria. Outstanding customer service, an excellent eye doctor, and a team that truly cares about their customers. You won't regret choosing them!

Shopping at Warbly Parker for the first time, I was impressed by sales rep, selection and price. Definitely going to keep getting my glasses from them. Can’t wait to get them.

I haven't gotten my glasses yet but my first experience in the Roseville store to select frames was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and made it fun (and selecting glasses when you can't see is always stressful). They handled a change with another gentleman with grace, quickly meeting his requirements. I really like the frame choices and they are one of the only places to offer clip on sun glasses with some styles. Can't wait to get my glasses!

Our first visit for my husband and myself for eye exams and glasses. I got contacts in addition for a year. This was the fastest most comprehensive eye exams I believe we have ever had, The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on our insurance and helped apply our benefits to the maximum benefit for our purchase. We will be continuing to use their services.
