Good luck. They say the give you a 30 day return policy. I came back less than 24 hours later because my prescription was wrong and the frames weren’t what I thought they were going to be. I asked to just get new lenses of my old prescription installed into my old frames. I’d understand getting as little as $100 back as a refund. The $500 I spent on glasses that I returned is now just thrown in the trash. I’m not buying new frames. At least a refund for the frames would make sense. If the wrong prescription on my new glasses was the only issue I wouldn’t be writing this. The fact that they robbed me is what bothers me. Do not waste your time here

Jessica at LensCrafters provided such a great experience! I came in because my sunglasses were missing a screw, and she was incredibly quick, friendly, and helpful. Within five minutes, she had them fixed and even cleaned them for me. What really stood out was that I didn’t even purchase the glasses there, and she still went above and beyond to help. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything—Jessica made it easy and enjoyable!

Visited the Lens Crafters inside the Galleria Mall and had a great experience. I worked with Joesph to price out the cost of new lenses for eyeglass frames I currently own, plus new prescription sunglasses. Joesph was patient while I considered my purchase. The entire experience was quick, efficient and received exceptional customer service.
