I am editing my review. This practice sent me to collections 2 years after my appointment. My appointment was billed through my insurance and was paid in full. I never received an original bill from them, I never received a past due notice from them. We have not moved. They saw my whole family. We did not receive a bill for any members of the family. Now I have a $40 bill plus interest in collections and I'm trying to get a copy of the original bill to find out what it is for and why I was never billed. Not happy. Dr Harrill is great. She's very happy, funny, and positive. She seems to really love her job and knows what she is doing. We took out whole family in for exams and she was great with everybody, especially my wild 7 year old. The other staff members are great too and they are very good about cleaning everything in between patients. The appointments were always on time and they verified our insurance info and everything ahead of time. It's very convenient to make appointments online.

The best eye doctor I've ever been to! Dr. Sharhonda Harrill is amazing, I can tell she actually cares and loves what she does. Her energy is great and uplifting. Also her office staff is incredibly nice. Just an all around great experience, from beginning to end. I won't be going anywhere else!

I highly recommend Dr. Harrill for your eye care needs. She is very thorough and meticulous in ensuring that you get the right prescription. She is very patient with her customers in addressing all their questions and genuinely cares about them.

Today I had the privilege of meeting an awesome, phenomenal and professional Optometrist by the name of Sharonda B. Harrill, ( UCIC) located in Kernersville. She is amazing and so though, I am so used to 20-30 mins in out, and what I thought was a full examination, today Dr.Harrill showed me different, she did things I didn’t even know needed to be done including a diabetic exam. It was so worth the ride. I am telling you I fell in love💜

Great EYE Dr. but because of their New policy I can't do my family of 4 all on the same day. Unfortunately I will have to find a New Eye Dr. I have been scheduling all 4 for several years and never had an issue until this year. Never canceled. Never late.
