Danielle Cardillo in the pediatric suit and her staff other than the lady at reception, listen to personal phone calls and refuse care based on it, then Danielle told me my newborn breathing was normal and refused to do further testing when she is retracting. And even when you call and explain your running late, they will say its ok, seems like she is lazy she couldn’t even make a exception for siblings who was going to be in the same room. I think it’s outrageous to show up seeking care for your children. And being refused

I had an appointment with the OB/GYN, I made it to my appointment on time, my appointment was at 3.pm last week, the nurse check me in about 2.50 pm, I was completely undressed with a gown on sitting an waiting for the doctor getting frustrated because the wait was longer than I anticipated, when I arrived the lobby was empty no other patient to been seen,s why was I sitting in the exam room for an hour before I decided to get dressed and leave. I was very unhappy and choose not to return for this particular service.

These stars are for my favorite doctor. Dr. Sarah Tout. I've been seeing her for years. She kind, caring and compassionate. She makes me feel so comfortable. I'm afraid of doctor offices and doctors period! Not her❤️. Thank you Dr.Tout! You're Amazing!

Strangest medical facility I have ever been to. It seems like there isn't a doctor in that building that do actual work. The experience I have had with doctors at this place is they outsource everything. Why am I even listed there as a patient?

Dr.Chade Green is the most unprofessional doctor. Don’t waste your time seeking care from her. I’ve had multiple appointments, in which she cancels at the last minute. UH needs to terminate her, as she doesn’t prioritize patient care.
