I was reading some of the comments people have written about the customer care at this office and was surprised at some of the negativity of the staff. Thank goodness I have never had a bad experience nor witnessed such behavior. The front desk staff are the best so are the PA’s. I have been a patient with them for over 40 years. It’s just one Dr. that I really don’t care for there Dr. (C) I do hate that they don’t have some of the service they use to have Labs, x-rays. Best Wishes to each of you.

This review is for Dr. Monica David at this location. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. From the moment Dr. David walked into the room, she had a terrible attitude. She didn’t greet me, introduce herself, or make any effort to create a welcoming or professional environment. Instead, she came across as annoyed, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping me with my concerns. The way she spoke to me felt rude and condescending, as if my concerns were an inconvenience to her. The interaction was so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I actually went back to the front desk and asked them to cancel my appointment with her. Healthcare providers are supposed to care about their patients and show empathy. Instead, Dr. Monica David came across like someone who hates her job and takes it out on the patients. If you are considering booking an appointment with her, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Excellent medical center. Some certified doctors, but they do have some other connections like quest diagnostic, Catholic health, vand NYU too. The service is good and also the treatment.

Lots of parking. Not crowded. Short appointment wait times. Clean and accessible.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. On time appointments do not exist in this place. They will make you wait over an hour and make it seem like it’s not a big deal at all. People have lives and they have other things to do. This place thinks that a doctor’s appointment should be the only thing on your calendar for the day. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Go to a different doctor’s office people.
