Worst services ever. They switch doctors consistently. A nurse tried to cut open my cyst without knowing what he was doing and the doctor on call kept pushing to do lab work that was unnecessary. I had to be firm about not needing anything else except assistance with this cyst on my hand and they didn’t even provide a referral anywhere. Now apparently I am an inactive patient because I haven’t been sick in the past year and have not made appointments to see them for no reason. Unprofessional. I don’t even think they speak English there. An embarrassment for the Latin community.

Please, for the well-being of your loved ones, do not take an elderly parent or family member to this clinic. My experience there was a nightmare, echoing the classic scam of exploiting seniors with the vans trips to the clinic for unnecessary procedures and billing Medicaid and and zero response when needed. My mother was a patient at this facility. When she fell and I had to rush her to Jackson Hospital, they advised me to contact her primary doctor, Dr. Andux. I left four urgent messages with his assistant, but Dr. Andux never returned my calls. For three agonizing months, I desperately needed their help. I visited the clinic three times, even standing directly in the doorway of the first office on the right, just past the waiting room. Despite my persistence, all I received were broken promises and outright lies from Mariela. I repeatedly tried to reach the "boss," Mayra, but she never returned my calls either. The clinic's social worker, Belkys, is a complete disgrace. She operates an agency that handles passports and paperwork for Cuba, and her unreliability is so extreme that even the elderly patients in the daycare are reportedly afraid of her. Take my advice: steer clear of this place, no matter how enticing their offers may seem. Your loved ones deserve far better care and respect than what this clinic provides.
They cancel your appointment with out telling you, they tell you that they are going to call you for transportation and they don’t, later they tell you we called you several times and no one answered. Why don’t they leave a message, that’s what the message are for.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ricardo Barrero and his team. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Barrero was caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service provided by the entire team.My mom is very grateful. Thanks!
