This Doctor TODD RIDKY - rude, condescending, disrespectful, heartless, no bedside manners, dismissive, inattentive, insensitive, derogatory, arrogant, insults patients, the sheer lack of empathy and compassion and unprofessional conduct -- violates legal ethical standards, and should not be practicing medicine. I'm actually addressing him, preferably just by his name TODD RIDKY because he doesn't even deserve to be called a "Doctor". Physicians take an oath before medical license. It serves as a moral foundation holding physicians accountable to high standards of integrity, compassion, and respect for human life. Unfortunately, Todd Ridky failed on all aspects of this moral framework for ethical practice. He failed to listen and understand my health condition, left too many unanswered questions. Failed to resolve medical questions and concerns, don't have a treatment plan/therapy for my existing specific medical diagnosis. He didn't even bother to evaluate my chart. I was distraught when Todd Ridky made inappropriate comments regarding my uterus. And mind you, I was with my husband during this office visit, and at this point -- my husband felt agitated and disgusted. Todd Ridky makes you feel miserable, uncomfortable, and he's incompetent. This person acts like he doesn't want to be there, so why is he even allowed to see patients if this is the kind of unprofessional behavior he's exhibiting towards patient care? Where is the high-quality standard of clinical care that Penn Medicine is offering???? He dismisses his fellow clinicians' professional track record and expertise, and is overall pompous! This presumptuous behavior, jumping to conclusions without adequate testing, and overstepping professional boundaries, warrants disciplinary action. This is explicitly WRONG and UNACCEPTABLE! I'm writing to forewarn future patients to remember his name and I strongly do not recommend him at all. Too many red flags and he exhibits characteristics of an inept doctor--distinct lack of aptitude in medical care. A doctor who fails to take proper care or reasonable care and lacks moral principles is negligent. And you don't want to be in a position where you end up compromising your health. Here's the thing, Penn Medicine Health System prides itself and is renowned for providing high-quality standards on research, education, and clinical care. So my question is, how come you have somebody like Todd Ridky working in this health institution that doesn't even possess an ounce of what the brand stands for? He blatantly goes against the mission and vision of this health institution. I need an explanation as to WHY????

I’ve been giving reviews, for over 3 years and I have been reading up , on the reviews from other local guides, about Penn Medicine in Radnor. Come on , people! This Hospital is Not that bad! It’s true it takes forever to get an appointment, but it’s well worth the wait. Everyone has been kind and courteous, and my Doctor is so cool. Maybe it’s all in your attitude... people pick up on that vibe, you know. The buildings are beautiful and spotless... Parking is good... The “Red Coats” are around every bend, to guide you along. And they are helping me personally, so zip it!
We have been trying to schedule an appointment for photo therapy for about a month now. Everybody that we talk to refuses to help us and insists that we talk to the "scheduler", her name is Ebony. We have left numerous voicemails on Ebony's voicemail because she refuses to answer the phone and doesn't seem to want to call back. I am pretty disappointed with this level of professionalism. If anybody sees this review that can help us, please let us know. We desperately need treatment. Thanks
My experience at the facility was excellent. I am currently having some mobility issues and staff was very receptive and caring. I cannot remember who conducted my nuclear bone scan, but she was so nice and so helpful. Also, really appreciated Pam In the radiology department who went out of her way to help me get around and be comfortable during my long visit. Even the cafe workers and assistants that helped push my wheelchair were all very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Thanks for taking such good care of me, Penn Radnor!
Quite possibly the worst communication I’ve ever dealt with. After my procedure I had follow up questions and was Hung up on multiple times and could not get answers through the portal or trying to talk to people on the phone. Will be done with Penn medicine after this experience strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for medical procedures.
