The practice was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional top to bottom. I was a little aggravated with the wait time but after I saw Dr Price I understood that he takes the time for each patient that they need, and that is becoming a lost art and he's still doing it, so kudos. Compared to my dentist or my ENT guy they were a breath of fresh air. The staff where courteous professional and answered all my questions no matter how mundane with patience. If you're looking for Marcus Welby MD, you might want to go to a different practice, but if you're looking for a thorough and knowledgeable medical professional who's going to help you understand what's going on with you definitely recommend this guy

My appointment was at 1:00pm. You all are the ones that scheduled it because you requested my annual checkup. No problem. Happy to arrive and need the checkup. When I arrived, the window was closed and on lunch break. Again, all good. Have a seat and relax and waited. Your receptionist opened the window a little after 1:00p, and called me forward. Gave her my name and she said I had to fill out a stack of paperwork. I’m a repeat client and nothing had chanced, but she made me do it anyway. During this time, several more people came into the office. A few said the same things I did, and she allowed them to sit and not worry about paperwork. I completed the paperwork and turned it back in. Then waited…. And waited…. And waited. Meanwhile, people who came into after me for later appointments were called back. Keep in mind I was scheduled by YOU for this first appointment post lunch hour. I continued to wait until 1:50p and still not called back. I decided to leave because of my schedule and things to do. I went to the window to explain to the receptionist and she rolled her eyes and didn’t say a word. I then said “I’m happy to call back and reschedule.” She answered, “Well, I can do that here.” So I asked for an appointment after July 10. That continued exchange with her seemed as if I was bothering her. No “thank you sir”. No “I’m so sorry you had to wait”. Not even a “have a nice day”. Nothing. So I completely understand that people have tough days and life is hard for everyone. But i shouldn’t be treated with disdain after I did everything I was asked to do, for an appointment that I didn’t even set, then to have to wait for over an hour and not be called back, to have your front door representative treat me like I’m bothering her. You got one more chance at this next appointment, or I’ll find another doc. Not that hard.

Very happy with Dr. Price and his practice. They're very professional and knowledgeable. Having moved to Knoxville recently and knowing no one, we really lucked out.

I feel that I’m in great hands. The receptionist was very kind. The optometrist explained to me everything very clearly. And The Dr. Price is very professional. He explained to me about my eyes. I’m glad to be in his hands talking care of me.
