The negative reviews kind of scared me off, but my actual experiences were great beyond expectation. My PCP, Kaitlyn, was incredibly sweet and empathetic. Her bedside manner was stellar! She also took the time to listen to my concerns and helped explain things for my own peace of mind. The other staff that I also interact with was great as well (especially the receptionist who drew fishes on my appointment note because we are both Pisces).

I've gone to UHS with a bunch of issues over the past 4 years and never have I had a bad experience. The doctor's have always been kind, efficient, and made me feel really comfortable, which I usually never say at a doctor's office. Minus a star because one of the student nurses at reception made me say what I was visiting for in a completely quiet room full of other colleges students waiting. So I had to announce to the entire room I was having IBS issues PLEASE JUST LET ME WRITE IT ON A CARD LIKE USUAL
I had mixed experiences here, like many others have said. I spent enough time in the building dealing with a variety of medical issues and some staff were fantastic, but others acted as if I was ruining their day by being there. My biggest complaint is that it seems nearly impossible to update personal information for the building. I had a bill from 2024 sent to collections because I never received it in the mail. With all the appointments I had, I know for a fact that I updated my address several times, only to see a digital statement still saying my old address.
I really don’t understand all the negative reviews, I was very concerned that it would take an eternity and people would be unfriendly based on those one star reviews. However I came on a Saturday and it was not that busy, staff were super friendly and helped me get checked in quickly! I was especially worried since my mom had just switched jobs so we had new insurance, but upon presenting my insurance card they filled it out right away and it worked out great! Nursing staff and the doctor who saw me all were very supportive and listened to my ear problems, I was prescribed antibiotics and within 15 minutes of the diagnosis they were ready to pick up at CVS. Compared to any other urgent care I have ever been too the people were 10 times nice and the whole process was 10 times quicker! (They also like my shirt!) 10/10 would return if I had another major sickness
I have to go to UHS frequently due to some ongoing/chronic issues. I’ve had mostly positive experiences. I’ve been seeing Dr. Corey for abdominal pain and he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He’s very insightful and takes my issues seriously. He’s never dismissive. I also got an IUD here and had a good experience with that service.
