This was the BEST experience I have ever had at an eye exam. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, personable, and sweet. I saw the doctor virtually and that worked perfectly. I had my retina examine without having my eyes dilated, which was awesome. The price of contacts and glasses were very reasonable. I am also going to be able to trial multifocal AND monofocal contacts to see which works best. I HIGHLY recommend Vision Works. P.S. To the person who complained about not getting eyes dilated during the exam, the test with the blue/red/green light did the SAME thing as getting your eyes dilated. The dilation is not necessary with that machine. That's a good thing. Seeing the doctor virtually is really no different than seeing her in person. For me, this was the most thorough exam I've had.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful when I asked questions about the different eye wear. They took the time to explain the differences and even helped me to select the eye glasses that were right for me. The eye doctor was also super friendly and she took the time to explain the outcome of my eye exam.

Vision works in Hadley is wonderful. They go above and beyond to try and help the customer. I have been going here for years and I have always had a wonderful experience. I can’t say the same for other Visionworks locations. Hadley keep up the good work! 💕

Excellent service. Soleil was fabulous. She was professional and friendly. She made adjustments to accommodate my needs to insure that my glasses could fit with my hearing aids. She gave me all the time needed and never made me feel rushed. They fully honor their return policy. THANK YOU SOLEIL!

The customer service experience was great. The gentleman was very attentive to what I needed. They have a great variety l of frames, take most insurances and even do on site eye exams as well. I would recommend this store.
