Having a petite face I need XS adult frames (few choices) or children’s frames (often bright colors). Jeff quickly identified a few stylish frames in his stock that would accommodate my needs. I found the perfect frame! He was an out of network provider with my vision plan but he generously extended a discount. THANK YOU!! GREAT SERVICE!!

I walked in with a broken pair of frames after reading good reviews. Although my glasses were beyond repair, I left with new frames at a very reasonable price. The owner was very helpful and extremely nice. I highly recommend Great Specs due to the excellent customer service.
I fell and thought I just needed to bend the frame to reinstall the lens but was not successful so I looked on line for help with my very expensive frames. Turned out the welding at the nose piece was broken, so repairable. Being a CoCo frame it wasn’t something Jeff had in stock, he located a frame for me by the end of the day, I knew it was going to be pricey so decided to pass on that option. I decided to get a new script and go back for a less expensive frame. Great Specs was so helpful and Jeff went out of his way to try to help me. So thankful to have found them online as I was new to the area.
I love Great Specs! I’m a student from the area, lost my glasses, and needed some ASAP. I saw their great reviews so I took a risk and spent $30 to get there from Amherst, and it was worth it. The store was cute and everyone was so helpful and fun. Even though they didn’t take my insurance they offer a student discount!! That was fantastic and I ended up getting quality frames for an amazing price. After selecting a frame, they fitted a lens in store and I got the complete glasses, case, and microfiber set within the hour. I could not recommend more, especially for students.
My new go-to shop for glasses and spec repairs! I own a vintage pair of aluminum frames that I LOVE, and Jeff was able to clean them up for me, and replace the lenses. Other shops in the area were hesitant to take this task on, but Jeff was able to repair and replace, no problem! I heard about Great Specs by just 'Googling' for glasses repair places in this area; so glad I took a chance and used Great Specs, AND made a new friend. Thanks Jeff!
