It's all good until there is a billing issue and you become the "problem". I disputed a bill after receiving no care literally being told they can't treat me. I paid for the labs, x ray etc but was not willing to pay for that error. This made my condition worse and left me confused.I first requested in person, super casually and relaxed. After several denials without explanation. I had to make it official. They ignored my multiple dispute requests and stood behind red tape and technicalities to deny it's validity. They sent a $200 bill to collections and are harassing the ever-living daylights out of me. Direct mailings from VM, collections, calls from both - spending more on me than the debt. This is NOT a normal level of intimidation considering the small bill. Companies typically stop harassing people and let the collections agency do that.

Julianne Tauscher is truly great to work with. She really listens to all of your concerns and takes the time to discuss everything in detail. You never feel like just a number there. The team is also incredibly responsive through the patient portal, often answering questions within hours and sometimes even minutes. It brings a real sense of comfort knowing you have such a caring and efficient medical office looking out for you.

I love it here!!! The staff are amazing and I mean all of them from reception to lab to radiology and ultrasound to the nurses and doctors they are all great!!! I’m a Laura Aierstuck die hard but the few times I did have to see someone else they were also amazing providers!! I highly recommend Easthampton Valley Medical Group!!!!! I’m a lifer!!!!

I'm not sure what's going on with them lately, but they're canceling all of my requested scheduled appointments. I cant get anyone on the phone to reschedule, and if I use the web, they just cancel my new appointments. I will be changing my primary care. *edit* - I was finally able to get a hold of someone to schedule a wellness visit. I would suggest sending a message via the patient portal and have someone call you. I was also able to return their call and get someone on the phone within 10 minutes. I appreciate the improvement so far.

Please dont ever see Trisha Rogers. One of the most dismissive horrible practitioners. Negligent, doesn't listen to her patients. Asked for simple labs and her exact words were "you look fine to me, you have no symptoms". Guess you must be close to your death bed to run a simple blood test cbc, vitamin d, cmp. Avoid!
