If I could rate lower I honestly would.I came in for an eye exam almost 3 weeks ago. Admittedly, the doctor, DR. Bown and the visit itself was nice, would say it went great, however, once the visit was about to be done they asked me if I'd like the contacts delivered to my house. I said yes because I live outside of Birmingham, and I can't afford to drive there everyday. After a week of me and my girlfriend checking the mailbox we didn't get it and I got worried. I tried calling the coordinator Breanna Riser, and she didn't answer my first call, or my follow up calls or my email. I had to get her direct office number from a 3rd party source because SHE DOES NOT ANSWER THE SCHOOL NUMBER. I've only talked to her ONE TIME and she only told me that my contacts were lost and I would have to pay them more money to get replacements! I don't have the money for replacements! But it's fantastic to know they can lose my contacts in the mail somehow, but they can send bills to my house just fine. Thank you Breanna, you're inability to answer a phone and your Saint like ability to not give a care about helping people in a business about helping people is the shining example we all need to follow.

Took my child in on two different occasions to have his eye turns addressed. The doctors at this clinic has refused my colored child the apparent help he needs and keeps throwing a pair of glasses on him. He has NEVER had vision problems. Only eye turns that they diagnosed as Intermittent Extropia. Apparently he didn’t make the cut for the help that they could provide. One of the doctors mentioned my husband and I buying a new home. Something that has nothing to do with his condition. My child is being bullied for a problem that they have had no problem helping other kids with but will not help mine. I’m so disappointed in this society.
