My visit at Good Samaritan was breeze. I came right onto the campus and found the building I was looking for. The writing was visible and easy to locate. Parking was convenient and free. At first, I had some mix feelings and a couple of out the way misunderstandings. I talk to my doctors and assure, it wouldn't happen again, and it didn't. People was telling me that it was not a great place to go. Wrong, it's better than great, the doctors other health workers, are just truly awesome. I had a lot of fear in me but now.besiide other things that's going on with me. I'm really relaxed and I'm happy. They all are the most loving and sweetest , hard working in what they do for their patients, we mean a lot. I'm happy that I stay, because I feel very blessed, with them in my life, I truly feel safe ❤️
Great experience! My appointment went right on as scheduled. I actually think I got called back a couple minutes early. The staff and nurses were amazing and polite. The communication and educational advice will be very helpful going forward. Even though this location isn’t exactly close to where I live, everything else made it worth going there. Would highly recommend
Well i was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my 8 am appointment. When I got there the receptionist wasn't there. Once she came she told me to sit and wait for her computer to start. I went to sit down and she checked someone else in. So my 8 am appointment did not start to around 815. Once I met Dr. Mata things changed he is a great doctor. He took the time to explain everything from my mri to me in away I could understand. Hey went over all my options for treatment which was great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone
If I could give 30 stars I would first I will say this is my hospital of choice I’ve been coming here for years and im treated like royalty this last experience I wanna shout out nurse trena 4th floor McNeil building she was amazing attentive understanding patient and caring. She has a passion for her job and her passion for taking care of people is unmatched yall got it right when yall added her to the team. Nurse technician Sharon was awesome too.
