My experience felt less like a hospital stay and more like a luxury resort where every need was anticipated before I even had to ask. Through thoughtful acts of service, I wanted for nothing—everything I needed was provided with intention, care, and impeccable timing. The entire experience was organized, seamless, and carefully curated. Although nature had other plans for my very strict birth plan, every nurse and physician initially received my wishes with warmth and respect. As circumstances evolved, they patiently guided me through alternative care options, taking the time to educate and reassure me. As a first-time mother with countless questions, I never felt dismissed or rushed; instead, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. The exceptional service extended beyond the clinical staff. Security personnel were attentive and professional, ensuring all restrictions were properly enforced to maintain a safe environment for patients and families. From housekeeping and dietary services to security and Labor & Delivery, every team member I encountered was personable, compassionate, and welcoming. What impressed me most was the consistency. Despite interacting with so many individuals across multiple departments, the standard of care never wavered. Every person contributed to an environment that felt safe, comfortable, and deeply supportive. To everyone involved—thank you. This was truly a 10/10 experience, and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received.

I have given birth at this hospital twice one in 2022 which was still pandemic and the hospital was still new. No issues , the staff (nurses/midwives/anesthesiologist ) were great. Only issue when getting discharged they were taking long to bring a wheelchair. In 2024 I had a miscarriage, they did blood work and ultrasound, the nurses that did those were really kind and patient and with me, I wish the OB was kinder and more gentle I definitely felt like she was rough when checking me. Gave birth to another baby in 2025 and no issues though in the beginning I felt like they were moving too slow or taking too long, it did seem like there was a shift change and it was before midnight so idk if they didn’t have enough staff because they kept telling me to wait for the anesthesiologist and for some blood work , well he never came and I ended up not getting the epidural like I had planned but it’s okay. My midwife was very supportive and patient I I wish I could remember her name. Getting discharged took so long I thought they forgot about me and again I waited an hour for a wheel chair I could have just left on my own I was ready to go. My baby was in NICU for a few days and I have to say the NICU staff was amazing , the way they treated and took care of the babies was as if they were their babies 🥹, they made sure to check on me too but I can’t speak enough on how great they were .
New State of the art facility! New fresh clean and artsy sleek building. My fiancée and I brought my mother in law in for a short procedure on Friday and she was discharged that same day. The staff had great bedside manners. Everyone was kind and easy to work with; My mother in law was given excellent care and her surgery went well. The surgeon team again was excellent and very professional. We knew that she was in great hands leaving us with no worries about her surgery. I would like to thank the entire staff right down to security. This is an awesome place that sets a high bar for hospitals and health facilities in general throughout our country. This place could be the face of hospitals everywhere. We should have nothing short of the best when it comes to our health and this place is a great example!
Our experience there was a good at the beginning. Once ICU decided that there wasn't much they could do for our loved one, and even though there were things they were still treating them for, the doctors stopped talking to us as if nothing mattered anymore. No more status updates etc. We were trying to find out why they were still running tests, drawing blood even giving blood transfusions...but the doctors would not come and talk to us even we kept asking for them. We would ask the nurses and they would either not answer or tell us to talk to the Doctor. We knew by then our loved one was terminal at that point but it seemed as if they were only concern was them not dying while they were still in ICU. Then suddenly they moved out loved one out of ICU at 5am, with no warning or communication at all and they died later that day. If they knew they were in the final stages, why wouldn't they say anything...we didn't know... The floor they moved our family member to was much more helpful and communicative than ICU. Everyone in ICU was nice and friendly but the level of communication that my family received sucked. I guess they were good as long as my family didn't pass away on their watch. I pray that I don't have to step foot in that hospital again. Unfortunately I did last week. My sister needed to go to the ER there and they took her in the back and when I asked about her they didn't know where she was .... If I have to go to the hospital I would rather bypass that one
Visited the emergency room to have my eye pressure checked. The young lady who checked me in, the young lady who registered me, and some other staff members were nice. But I have a complaint about the person who attempted to check my eye pressure--or, as I like to say, the person who assaulted me. I don't think this person has any experience checking eye pressure. First, she used her cellphone flashlight on my eyes instead of a dedicated, specialized piece of equipment. I find it hard to believe that a hospital this size does not have the equipment needed to treat patients. She then used a device called a "toro-pen avia" but had no idea how to use it. She did not apply any topical eye anesthetics or eye drops at all before using the device. She was literally poking the device into my eye. My eyes started to tear up. She could not get an eye pressure reading. She then left the treatment room I was in for an unknown amount of time and when she returned she said she had spoken to someone who told her that she should try using the devise again--but this time I should look away while she pokes me in the eye. I declined and left!! I pray she did not damage my cornea or other parts of my eye!! If so, I will sue!!! This was just emotionally disturbing!!!
