Had a great visit following a referral from the Veterans Administration which is weird, right down the street. Be careful driving toward UIW from Data Point due to school bus stops. Nevertheless, the physicians were amazing, making sure the T's are crossed and I's dotted to make sure everything is evaluated as well as assessed. Thus, ask the Veterans Administration to refer you there because they take appointments late into the evening.

A delightful campus visit to the University of the Incarnate Word, though not quite what I was looking for professionally. The campus architecture is truly impressive, especially the iconic clock tower with its beautiful brick detailing and the stunning decorative wall art featuring a nature scene in white relief. The grounds are wonderfully maintained with mature trees lining the walkways, creating a peaceful, nostalgic atmosphere. The campus has a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements - from the classic red brick buildings to contemporary interior spaces. The well-designed pathways with their distinctive brick patterns and the carefully landscaped green spaces make it a pleasant environment for students. While the university has many strong points and a beautiful campus environment, it unfortunately didn't have the Mechanical Engineering program I was seeking. This was the only drawback in an otherwise excellent institution. The hallways are clean and well-maintained, and there's clearly attention to detail in every aspect of the campus design. It's evident that they take pride in creating an inspiring academic environment. Though it wasn't the right fit for my specific academic needs, I'd highly recommend visiting if you're interested in their other programs. The campus atmosphere alone makes it worth exploring."
I ordered glasses in their optical shop and am extremely pleased with both the care I received from all staff and especially with the glasses. I literally had 12 pairs of glasses made at 3 different optical shops in the past 9 months and none were right. I have severe astigmatism and diplopia (double vision) and only IWC got both the prescription and the prisms correct! Thank you & God bless!
I am beyond satisfied and happy with services provided. Today will be my second time getting an eye exam. And let me tell you today I was seen by Dr Lukas , and Dr Kayla were amazing and professional. I have had my eye exam every year and both Drs were the first to have ever explained to me and educated me in detail on why certain surgical procedures would not be beneficial. To take the time to show me my eye pictures and explaiin means so much when it comes to my health.
Called to get help for my son that doesn’t have insurance and Diane answered was very rude and seemed to be speaking down on me because I didn’t have insurance. I didn’t end up making an appointment. I know the medical field can and should do better with customer service. I get it some people have bad days but we all have those and I’ve had a stressful week too Diane but I still manage to treat people kindly and with respect.
