It was definitely worth the travel from the Bronx to Manhattan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. They were very patient. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. The office was very clean! I would mostly definitely recommend family and friends. Five stars if not more!

I recently visited Dr. Klien for a routine check up the office staff was very nice. I appreciated the short video in the waiting room. The wait time was very reasonable. Overall I would love to be a concierge choice member unfortunately, at this present time I am Having some financial hardship. I would like to Thank Dr.Klein for seeing me , and I hope he can give me a reference to another physician i would really appreciate it.

My first visit was great aside for the long wait time. Dr Klein was attentive and thorough. The nurse practitioner was amazing. Very friendly and caring. Julie at the front desk was on point juggling handling the office dynamics. Hope to continue with him and also hope they can do a better jobs with the application times.

I’m very impressed with this office! It is incredibly clean and has a very fancy, high-end feel. Sometimes places this nice can feel a bit cold, but the staff here is the exact opposite. I had to come in for some specific tests—they are friendly and professional.

Reason I give it a 2 star review is for the lack of communication. The staff was great during my appointment but trying to get someone one the phone to ask basic questions is impossible. They say we can communicate through text but I them yesterday morning and still no correspondence. They gotta do better.
