The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. At every step the person pricing service was patient and took time to explain things very clearly. Only downside was a little bit of a long wait to see the Dr. I suspect that with a morning appt. It may not be an issue. Highly recommend getting your eye care from this provider and group!
She was really great with my 7 year old. This was good first time and she was so friendly and made him comfortable. The whole team at the OP location was amazing.
I am an emergency new patient. So very appreciative that the Dr took me as a patient. Helped me to feel confident that he will be able to help me. The staff has been helpful. Surgery is scheduled and I’m praying for a positive outcome.
Dr May was thorough and professional. She explained my history and how my condition has progressed. Very easy manner and excellent communicative skills.
I highly recommend Dr. James Reynolds for any pediatric eyesight concerns. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable like none other! Two of my children have had great success under his care beginning at age 3 for both of them.
