We are very happy with our experience!! We were seeking designer sun glasses and Lana was able to get a good selection for us to choose from. Communication was very prompt and thorough. Service times are very reasonable and in some cases better than other competitors. We will be bringing our business here again.
Lana at Buffalo Optique was very professional, kind, and patient with me. I am a very indecisive person, especially when choosing glasses. She was sincere, knowledgeable, and helpful. We walked in to the store. There were three people behind the counter talking about billing and insurance on the computer . Not once did they acknowledge us. They could have said we will be right with you. Take a look around and let us know if you see anything you like. They didn’t seem to care that there were customers in the store. I would never go there again or recommend them. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The entire time we were there they never acknowledged us once. . There were no other customers in the store at the time also. That is not only terrible customer service but very rude also. This was at the Orchard Park location on Sterling Drive
Had great experience with picking out new frames and lenses. Lana was very nice and accommodating. I feel like a whole new me. Would recommend highly.
