I hate to say this because once you get into the your actual appointment the staff is great but every single time I've had to go to an appointment I show up early and have to wait two hours. What is the point of having schedulers and front desk people if they over schedule and cause these issues? Might as well replace them with an automated system. They also do not tell you how long approximately the wait will be. The last time, we waited three hours and my mom's pressure wouldn't go down because she was so upset at the wait. Yes the actual care is great but what's the point of the scheduling and waiting experience is awful?

My husband was seen by Dr. Ruff. He was very informative and professional. Took his time to answer all our questions and we did not feel rushed. It was a very good experience. Highly recommend.
Don’t go here if you can help it. For my 1:00pm appointment, the waiting room was standing room only full of individuals using walkers (NOT okay), and they said they were one hour behind. I checked in on time for my appointment and patiently waited. One hour later, I was called to the desk to be checked in with an apology for completely missing my name on the sign-in sheet. Then was told this puts my appointment an additional one hour behind and I wouldn’t even be out by 4:30 to relieve my childcare. When I tried to reschedule, I was told I could not be reassigned doctors to suit my schedule even though I’ve never been there before. I’d already taken unpaid hours off of work to come today and will not be doing it again. I will go elsewhere.
Dr Lee is great, explained everything to me very well. Office staff and scheduling is very poor. Always a long wait time. No one was sympathetic towards my anxiety about a serious eye issue. Someone there screwed up my appointment time which caused me to lose a full day of work. I couldn't reschedule due to a different surgery scheduled. Then I had to go to my regular eye doctor the next morning for a horrible reaction to the procedure. Very unhappy so far! I am so disappointed that my eye Dr referred me here.
I could not leave this practice fast enough. I waited 5+ hours for my appointment to be concluded. Most of the time I was sitting in overcrowded waiting rooms. He gave me treatments that weren't medically needed. I have scarring from an unnecessary laser surgery. He acted like I was the one who was in the wrong when I said I couldn't have the treatment because we had been there too long.
