Hands down the best eye exam I've ever had! Dr. Young is extremely thorough!! Love my new Multifocal contact Lenses! The staff (Dusty), was helpful and knowledgeable when selecting my new glasses! Excellent prices and wonderful staff. I will be back and so will my family!
I had an excellent experience! Dusty waited on me,she is a doll!She went above and beyond,very patient and sweet! They took me right away,Dr young was great (easy on the eyes). The price for the exam and the glasses was less than I have ever paid for perscription glasses in my life!Highly recommend!
I have to say... any retail location that does not have a Dr available for exams after 430 or on weekends isn’t very working person friendly. If they aren’t available extended hours for working people what does that say about their ability to assist if issues arise with a script? Or an order? Or if you have any problem after an exam. Maybe this is a great option for the unemployed... but, I believe I’ll drive an extra 30 mins to LensCrafters where I know I’ll get quality service outside of 8-430 Monday- Friday, and I don’t have to miss a day of work to get it.
I just want to give credit where credit is due! That being said BIG thank you to Timothy for going above and beyond to find a way to fix my glasses for me!!!! You are greatly appreciated!!
Don't even bother calling, THEY DON'T HAVE AN EYE DOCTOR. I will never ever be back. I give them -5 stars. 😡
