They have great talent here but the customer experience and management to supply a decent customer experience is missing quality. The the primary and secondary levels of check in are official and lack humanity, politeness or care, rather, being curt. They lack training. They also lack a system for communications, relying on individuals, instead, shouting a first name from one of 11 locations around the large waiting room. Unless you have perfect bilateral hearing you do not know where the voice is coming from. They need large screens giving names and the location to go to. Simple, effective solution beyond the ability of the poorest excuses for customer experience ever known. The medical staff, some are exceptional, and the patients, all humans, deserve to be represented better by the front of house experience.
